New Chairperson elected at Beverley Chamber

Beverley Chamber is a vibrant chamber of trade, and the election of a new chairman signals a fresh direction in leadership and commitment to promoting business interests.

Karl Douglas handed over the Chains of Office to Shaun Dart who has shown to be a capable individual, with vision, and understanding of Beverley as a whole and what is required.

Shaun as chairman will oversee the Chamber’s strategic planning and advocate for policies that support local business and look to build on the community aspect of the Chamber.

Shaun commented, “I am proud to hold the position of Chairperson for Beverley Chamber, I aim to promote collaboration among members, assist in organising events, and serve as the spokesperson for the Chamber”.

Shaun continued, “As chairman, I will work to enhance professional networks, promote new initiatives, and strengthen relationships with the Town Council and East Riding Council, along with other bodies in and around Beverley”.

The Chamber of Trade continues to have meetings at a variety of Beverley venues from 6pm to 7pm on the last Wednesday of the month throughout the year.

With Shaun and his team of organisers driving progress and ensuring the chamber’s continued success. 2025 will be a good year for the Chamber and all its membership.
