The Beverley and District Chamber of Trade held a Festive Party night to raise money for The Cherry Tree Centre on Friday 15th November.
The party, hosted by The Potting Shed down Flemingate, Santa was on hand to welcome guests, it was a night to remember.
Local singer Lillie performed two sets of party classics and there was a raffle draw with all winners bagging some exceptional prizes. One of the prizes even included a flight in a Cessna aircraft! All prizes were provided by local businesses and members of the Beverley Chamber of Trade.
Located down Cherry Tree Lane, The Cherry Tree Centre is a charity that supports the local community in times of need and provides an excellent community centre for groups and clubs to meet.
Jo, Cherry Tree Centre Manager said “We were so grateful to Beverley & District Chamber of Trade for hosting the festive evening on Friday the 15th November everyone had a fantastic time.
“Any monies raised from the event will be used for our survivors of stroke club and our pensioners group. These groups support local people and reduce isolation and loneliness. As a charity we rely heavily on donations and grants.”
